Bedrooms 2 and 3 (queens with heated blankets) share a second bathroom; a guest toilet sits off the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, blender, slow cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, and the smart TV streams Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, YouTube and DSTV. Outside: an enclosed wood-fired braai, an 8-seater dining table, a separate picnic deck, 2 sun loungers, the paddleboard and swimming towels. Inverter and battery backup keeps lights, wifi and TV running during outages. Two parking bays at the unit; visitors' parking 700m away.
